A number of studies have shown that a regular sauna gives many benefits. The body’s response to gentle, persistent heat is well-documented and proven day in and out by people all over the world. Physically, nothing is more reinvigorating than a deep, healthy sweat after workout. Tension fades. Muscles unwind. Mentally, we emerge relaxed, revived and ready for challenges of everyday life.

Finnish sauna is a dry sauna with a temperature of 90C and low humidity (10-15%). A stay in the sauna improves blood circulation, relaxes muscles, enhances detoxication and skin becomes toned and healthier.
