Allow our top team of fitness coaches, physiotherapists, sport medicin physisians and nutritionists, to help you to make a big change in your life & step towards a healthier lifestyle and total body transformation! The program lasts 15 weeks and includes:
- INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Training sessions five times a week and 2 rest day (75 training sessions during the program is necessary in order to achieve the desired results).
- Test (ergometry)
Test (ergometry) is a procedure to test for the impact of exercise on heart rate. This test is performed in order to assess the existence of ischemic heart disease (reduced blood circulation) of the heart muscle, which can manifest chest pain and / or changes in the track which registers the electrical activity of the heart (electrocardiogram – ECG). Phphysical examination checks also: general and local organic system, anthropometric indicators, body height, body mass and a complete body structure.
- PERSONALIZED DIET PLAN
Dietitian will review any medical problems that you have and any medications that you take that may affect your weight. Also dietitian will consider your preferences, lifestyle and weight-loss goals, and provide with a plan and guidance on a program that may be best for you
During the program, there are 3 or 4 consultations in order to verify the results and make changes in nutrition plan.
- MANUAL BODY TREATMENTS
15 massages/ treatments during the program will help you to complete the program. Depending on the client’s wishes and needs and according to our therapist recommendation following treatments can be included: Anti-cellulite massage, sport or therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, Body wrap, Loosen stress (relax).
This program is healthy way for you to lose weight (10 to 18 kilos). A weight loss of 0.5 to 0.9 kilograms a week is the typical recommendation. Successful weight loss requires a long-term commitment to making healthy changes in your eating and exercise habits. Training sessions and manual treatments are not pre-scheduled .
