Refresh your usual activity with a half-hour professional training!If you are a member (except multigroup) you can be a part of drop-in sessions like gym floor. From 9:30 am to 10 am (every working day) abs sessions, streching, get strong and relieve stress sessions are set up in a fun, social, and friendly environment.  It’s easy! All skill levels are welcome! 

Drop-In Group classes are free of charge to members. Registration at trainers desk, fifteen minutes before the start of Gym Floor activities.
