WELLNESS INDOOR CYCLING

W.I.C. is a medium to high intensity program on a stationary bike. The load can be adjusted individually according to each user. This ride lasts 50 minutes.

Take the imaginary track with your coach and ride through the hills and plains to the mountain peaks. You will improve your fitness level in general, strengthen leg muscles and buttocks, and reduce body fat, with minimal joints impact.

The original Hour of Power® class (often referred to simply as HOP®) will allow you to achieve an incredible level of total-body fitness in a very short space of time. It is one of the classes that consistently appeals people from age of 15-75, to men and women alike. It is a training program for a beginner and a fitness enthusiast, side-by-side in the same class doing the same thing and neither would be out of place, neither would stand-out or stand apart, and both would walk away having done the workout of their lives in 50 minutes.

The fact that this class has the word ‘body’ in it, should give you a pretty good idea of what to expect. It’s a whole body 50 minute workout that can improve your overall fitness, which also makes it one of our most versatile classes. You’ll kick off with some aerobics style cardio routines to suitably energizing music, then move on to some more focused resistance work. This could involve floor mats and hand weights and body weight exercises too. These classes promise an all-round workout for all parts of your body, they’re a high energy, high impact session combining aerobics.

PILATES

Pilates is a gentle or moderate, low-impact, yet serious strength workout that research shows can help ease low back pain, reduce body fat, improve flexibility, contribute to the reduction of frequent headaches and even support mental well-being . Pilates is being performed through functional movements and breathing exercises for a period of 50 minutes. Training includes the use of equipment such as large balls, elastic bands, hand weights. Intended for those who like static exercises and more sedentary people who spend a long time sitting in the office or in the car.

CORE is a program that delivers results in a short time, making you stronger and slimmer. This program focuses on torso and the muscles that connect the upper and lower parts of the body. It is ideal for tightening belly and buttocks, for improving functional strength, and for preventing injuries. CORE responds to all ages, abilities and fitness levels. The movements are simple, and the options allows you to choose the intensity that suits you. You will soon feel the benefits of improved cardio and functional fitness levels. Try it. You will see.
For excellent results, we recommend practicing 2-3 times a week. Duration of training is 30min.
